Next Stage Senior Care Services offers an array of services to continue independence at home. Whether it is a few hours a week, daily, or around-the-clock care, Next Stage offers services and staff to accommodate all of your needs at competitive rates. Our qualified staff will strive to provide the services needed to maintain the peace of mind you deserve.

Home Health Care:  All of our Certified Home Health Aides meet state regulatory requirements. They are thoroughly screened, trained, have background checks, and are drug tested prior to hire.  A Certified Home Health Aide will be hand selected from our large pool of aides to provide the assistance and companionship to meet your needs. Our home health aides can provide assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, diet and nutrition needs, meal preparation, medication reminders and household management. All Certified Home Health Aides are supervised by a Registered Nurse.

Companion Services:  Our caring companion staff promotes independence and peace of mind. Companions can assist with answering the telephone, prescription pick up, arranging and escorting to appointments, errands,  pet care, participating in hobbies, choosing an outfit, companionship and conversation. Many seniors have the choice of remaining in their own surroundings if they can be provided with minimal daily assistance.

Registered Professional Nurses:  Our Registered Nurses provide skilled client assessments, recommendations and assistance with other community resources. We structure the client’s plan of care to reflect specific and individual needs.  Our experienced RN staff will make home visits to supervise the home health aide and modify care as needed to ensure that care goals are being met.   We recognize that client input is essential in the care planning process and promotes client satisfaction.

PRI-Patient Review Instrument:   If you are considering nursing home placement in New York, Next Stage Senior Care Services has Registered Nurses on staff who are certified to perform these assessments. New York State requires a completed PRI in order to be placed into a Nursing Home.
